Job Description:

We’re looking for a skilled ALPR (Automated License Plate Recognition) Technical Engineer to join our Fort Worth team! This hands-on position focuses on delivering top-tier technical support to our customers and troubleshooting complex software and hardware issues. You will independently handle installations, repairs, and support for laptops, servers, and LPR camera systems. You will also field support calls, identify issues, and execute timely solutions. Your goal is to ensure optimal customer satisfaction by resolving problems efficiently and providing detailed ticketing documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, troubleshoot, and support proprietary software on customer systems.
  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone and email.
