BI/Reporting Engineer

Location: Austin, TX (5 days
onsite)

Duration: 12 months

 

Payrate: $41.42/hr. on W2

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for
    providing day-to-day support to our quality insurance team, ensuring the
    timely delivery of projects for both the Quality Assurance team and their
    cross-functional partners.

  • Configure software and perform support actions via
    incoming requests Conduct light data analysis as needed Enable clients to
    execute project initiatives at scale Troubleshoot and perform root cause
    analysis as needed.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure
    project success Deliver projects with tight deadlines based on business
    needs Create reports representing current performance of the team and
    impact of work performed Manipulate and analyze data to identify trends
    and areas for improvement   

 

Requirements:

  • 2+ years’ experience in technical support or
    project management environment.

  • Experience using software such as Microsoft Office or
    Google Suite Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent
    communication and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple
    tasks simultaneously. Experience delivering projects with tight deadlines
    based on business needs Knowledge in creating reports representing current
    performance of the team and impact of work performed Basic data
    manipulation and analytics skills Preferred

 

Qualifications:

  • 1 or more years’ experience using SQL Prior
    experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI
    Strong understanding of social media platforms bachelor’s degree
