Job Description
Department Overview:
The Product Operations team oversees the product lifecycle, managing everything from offer readiness to ship acceptance and cancellation. This includes launching and maintaining new software, hardware, services, and other solution components. The team works collaboratively across functions to support offer launches regionally and globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead New Product Introduction and regional launch activities.
- Manage operational aspects of the product development process, including hardware, software, accessories, and services setup for the first launch.
- Collaborate with the Service team to support service plans.
- Update pricing documentation, systems, and configurators based on inputs from product management and regional pricing committees.
- Enable regional adaptation of launched products (e.g., language packs, TA prioritization).
- Handle Post-Release Management tasks, ensuring pricing documentation is up-to-date and products remain orderable, renewable, and maintainable.
- Implement end-of-life processes, including end-of-sale, warranty, and support management.
- Streamline product workflows, processes, and collaboration across various departments.
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree OR 4+ years of relevant industry experience.
