Pay- $70/hr on w2


Job Description:

Lead the Knowledge Management Team for Client’s Fixed Video Division. Manage the KCS (Knowledge Centered Service) program, creating knowledge content, driving analytics, and training for Pelco and Avigilon security brands. Collaborate across teams, ensuring data consistency, quality control, and reporting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Knowledge Management Team & KCS Program
  • Support & expand KCS for global brands
  • Develop quality knowledge documentation with a cohesive team voice
  • Drive KCS analytics and effectiveness metrics
  • Lead and expand Knowledge Domain Expert (KDE) program

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree and experience in knowledge management
  • 2+ years in documentation, technical content, or knowledge base management
  • KCS Certification preferred
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Knowledge, Service Cloud, and Service Now
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills
