Location: San Jose, CA
(Onsite, 5 days a week)

Duration: 12 months

 

Pay rate: $50/hr to $57/hr

What You’ll Be Doing:

Design, develop, test, and
maintain real-time embedded software.

Identify and resolve issues
collaboratively with engineers, product managers, and other team members.

Develop real-time embedded
software, including operating systems, hypervisors, and boot loaders.

Update and maintain related
system documentation.

Test and debug developed
software.

Participate in certification
activities.

Improve system efficiency and
stability post-development.

Collaborate with customers to
create tailored software solutions.


Experience:

8+ years in embedded systems.

Significant programming
experience in C and C++ (experience in Rust is a plus).

Proficient in troubleshooting
embedded systems and microcontroller peripherals.

Familiarity with real-time
operating systems.

Experience with agile
methodologies and iterative development processes.

Proficient in using Atlassian
products (Jira, Confluence).

Knowledge of interfaces, IP
protocols, and hardware subsystems.

Proficiency in common embedded
systems communication protocols.

Ability to work as part of a
team.

Exceptional analytical and
problem-solving skills.

Self-motivated and passionate
about embedded systems.

Eager to learn and improve
continuously.

 

What We Are Looking For:

Education: Minimum of a
