Shift: Mon – Fri 8am to 5 pm
Pay Rate: $24 to $25/hr.
Job Summary
The DAS Technician is a hands-on role that will work closely with the Project Manager and other Installation Technicians. The duties will include, but not limited to:
Conducting RF Coverage Surveys, Installing and testing DAS equipment. To include but not limited to the installation of Outdoor and Indoor antennas, coaxial cable, fiber optic cable, CAT 5 cable, DC Power Cable and other appropriate components to NEC, NFPA 72 and 1221 standards. Up to 80% Travel
Responsibilities
Installing DAS wireless equipment using any combination of external and internal antennas, coaxial cable, fiber optic cable, CAT 5 cable and other appropriate components to NEC standard at customer job sites.
• Mounting rack, wall and ceiling electronic DAS components.
• Connectorize 50 ohm RF cable and sweep test.
• Troubleshoot
